Quick tip before a meeting
Open Google Meet’s chat panel once after joining so Meet renders the available messages for the extension to save.
Messages are captured while you are in the meeting. Open the chat panel once after joining to make sure Google Meet renders the full available history. Messages sent before you joined may not be available.

Hover over a meeting in the list and click the pencil icon. Enter a custom title, then press Enter to save it.
Open the meeting in the extension popup, then choose Export .txt, Export .json, or Delete. A .txt file is a readable transcript; .json keeps structured message data.
Chrome deletes all chats saved in the extension’s local storage. Export anything you want to keep before uninstalling.
Yes, in Chromium browsers that support Chrome extensions, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Brave.
